Nancy's
parents had purchased a partnership in Cusser Sales and Service in 1976.
At that time the business was renamed Cusser-VanderMeer Chevrolet-Buick-Oldsmobile,
INC. In 1982 her father became their dealer entity and the business
was once again renamed as VanderMeer Chevrolet-Buick-Oldsmobile, INC.
Eventually, as her experience in this business grew, she became involved
with and trained in parts and sales and inventory, services managment,
new and used vehicle sales (since 1979), new vehicle ordering and inventory,
coordinating hiring and terminations, product knowledge, service training,
advertising, facility improvements and repairs, and used vehicle auction
purchases.
Within the community of Tomah, she has been involved as a Tomah Chamber
of Commerce Board of Directors member, Tomah Memorial Hospital Executive
Board, Handi Shop board of directors, American Business Women's Association,
Beta Sigma Phi Sorority and Gloria Dei Luthern Church Council.
Her husband, David Hall, is a family dairy farmer.
